01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing be55 at be55.pro, creating a player account or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you accept them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use be55.

These Terms and Conditions form the complete legal agreement between you and be55. They apply to all features of the platform including sports betting, casino games, slot games, live casino, virtual sports and all other services offered at be55.pro. Your use of the platform is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, which form part of these terms by reference.

02 Eligibility & Age Verification

be55 is strictly an adult platform. The minimum age to register an account and participate in any betting or gaming activity on be55 is 18 years. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

be55 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This may include a government-issued CNIC, passport or other valid identification. If you are unable or unwilling to provide satisfactory verification, be55 may suspend or permanently close your account and withhold any funds pending investigation.

• Players must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• Players must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited for personal use.
• Players may not create an account on behalf of another person.
• Players previously excluded or banned from be55 may not create new accounts.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on be55. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using different details — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your account details current. Any false or misleading information provided at registration may result in immediate account closure.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. be55 will never ask you for your password via email, chat or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support at [email protected] immediately and change your password.

• One account per player, per household and per device.
• Account credentials must not be shared with any third party.
• All activity carried out under your account login is your responsibility.
• be55 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player failed to take reasonable steps to secure their account.

04 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on be55 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards and mobile wallets. Minimum deposit amounts vary by method and are displayed at the time of deposit.

Deposits are generally credited to your be55 account promptly following successful confirmation from your payment provider. Delays caused by your payment provider's own processing times are outside be55's control.

• Only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where the payment method belongs to a different person — are not permitted and may trigger account review.
• be55 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits.
• Deposits are non-refundable once credited and wagered.

05 Withdrawals

You may withdraw funds from your be55 account at any time, subject to identity verification requirements being met and any applicable wagering requirements being fulfilled. Withdrawals are processed to PKR via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank transfer.

Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. be55 will not process withdrawals to accounts or wallets belonging to third parties. This policy exists to protect players and prevent misuse of the platform.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts are listed within your account dashboard.
• be55 processes withdrawal requests promptly. Actual transfer times depend on your chosen payment method.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification is incomplete.
• be55 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals.
• Funds deposited but not yet wagered may be subject to a reversal to the original payment method.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

be55 may offer bonuses, free bets and promotional credits to players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be clearly displayed at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between general terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms will take precedence for that offer.

General bonus rules that apply across all be55 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household and per IP address.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated on each offer.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the offer terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game type are outlined in individual offer terms.
• be55 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived from them if we have reasonable grounds to believe a player has exploited or abused a promotion.
• Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

07 Betting Rules

be55 offers sports betting across cricket, football, tennis, esports and other sports. All bets are placed at your own risk. The outcome of sports events is entirely outside be55's control and be55 accepts no responsibility for the results of any event.

Bets placed on be55 are binding once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring your bet is correct — including the selection, stake and type — before confirming. be55 is under no obligation to reverse a confirmed bet on the basis that the player made an error.

• All cricket markets — including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series — are subject to the specific rules displayed in the cricket betting section.
• In the event of a match being cancelled, postponed or reduced in overs, settlement rules for each market type will apply as stated in the market rules.
• Maximum stake limits per bet and per event apply and are displayed within the betting interface.
• be55 reserves the right to limit, refuse or void any bet where there are reasonable grounds to suspect irregular activity or where a clear error in odds was made.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to availability. be55 may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.

08 Casino & Slots

Casino games on be55 — including slot games, live casino tables and virtual sports — use certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live casino, real human dealers operating physical equipment. The outcome of every game round is determined independently and cannot be influenced by be55 or the player.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are set by the game provider and are displayed within the game information panel. be55 does not modify RTP settings on any game. House edge on live casino games — blackjack, roulette, baccarat — is inherent to the game rules and applies to all players equally.

• All casino and slot game results are final once the round is complete.
• Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays for the affected round.
• Maximum win limits per game round may apply and are displayed in individual game rules.
• be55 reserves the right to remove or replace any game title from the platform without prior notice.
• Progressive jackpot amounts are displayed in real time and are subject to the jackpot provider's own terms.

09 Responsible Gaming

be55 is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable entertainment environment. We provide tools to help you manage your gaming activity and encourage all players to use them. Gambling is entertainment — it should never be treated as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players from within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits — Set a maximum PKR deposit amount per day, week or month. Once the limit is active, it cannot be increased until the current period has expired.
• Session Time Reminders — Set alerts to notify you when your session has reached a duration you specify.
• Self-Exclusion — Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from be55. During an active self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in or place bets.
• Activity History — Review your full betting and gaming history at any time from your account dashboard.

be55 reserves the right to apply responsible gaming restrictions to any account where we identify patterns of behaviour that suggest a player may be experiencing harm. This includes, but is not limited to, compulsive betting patterns, attempts to circumvent deposit limits or requests to reverse self-exclusions before the agreed period has elapsed.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on be55 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and potential legal action where applicable:

• Creating more than one account per player.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts or any automated tools to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of games or betting markets.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Attempting to place bets using payment methods that do not belong to you.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, chargeback abuse or payment reversal manipulation.
• Abusing bonus offers by creating multiple accounts or using artificial wagering patterns.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy or any tool designed to misrepresent your location or identity.

11 Account Closure

You may close your be55 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered PKR payment method, provided all verification requirements have been met and no open bets or pending investigations are active.

be55 may close or suspend your account at its discretion in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or platform abuse.
• Receiving a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Identification that the account holder does not meet eligibility requirements.

Where an account is closed by be55 due to a breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes in the player's favour, any remaining legitimate balance will be returned.

12 Limitation of Liability

be55 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work to ensure the platform is available and functioning at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues and circumstances outside our control may result in temporary unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted, be55 is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from technical failures, connection interruptions or software errors during a game round or bet placement.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to maintain adequate account security.
• Indirect, consequential or financial losses beyond the amount held in your be55 account at the time of the relevant incident.
• Losses attributable to your own decisions, including bet selections and stake amounts.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13 Changes to Terms

be55 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the contact details held on their account or via a prominent notice on the platform.

Your continued use of be55 following the publication of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any updated terms, you should close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the changes take effect.

The date of the most recent update is clearly shown at the top of this page. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
